Lowell and his team work independently and are very reasonable guys. Easy to work with and friendly. Quality of work is top notch… They gave us a little extra and stayed under budget. Initial estimates may seem a bit high (they include management fees, but if you want to be hands off, you need management) relative to others, but after they sign the estimate, they take it seriously and don’t like to go over. They’ll let you know along the way how the budget is doing in general terms, and it’s important to them to stick to it. Good to work with these guys. Would do it again.
