Lyons Construction has been operating as a full service design/build firm in the GTA and Durham region since 2006. Our success has come from a singular focus on each client, one project at a time. From small renovations, to additions and complete home renovations, we can meet all of your needs. Our goal is to establish long term relationships with our clients—to be the company you call for all your current and future renovations.
We are a smaller renovation company that does not engage in several projects at one time. We use our own workers and commit them completely to one project from start to finish. As a client, you will see the same people every day on your project, ensuring continuity, proper information sharing and transparency. We have a complete group of designers, licensed trades and suppliers that we have been working with closely for many years. Each project is truly a team effort between all of us and our clients.
Our Team
After many years working for others, I chose to go out on my own in 2006. I wanted more control over the renovation process and client relationships--to ensure that no corners were cut, that clients got the best possible materials and workmanship, that warranties were honoured, and that excuses weren’t made for unsatisfactory work. I wanted to personally ensure the client was happy at the end. Since then, I have done my best to make this happen, and our many long client relationships attest to this.
After working together elsewhere from 1999-2005, Glen Deeley came to join me here as a partner in 2011. Glen largely looks after the on-site supervision of our large projects while I look after the design and business aspects of the projects. Our different but compatible skills make a good combination and serve our clients well. This long working relationship and friendship is a testament to our shared common goals and values, both personally and professionally. With more than 50 years of combined experience, I’m sure we can meet all your renovation needs.
